                                 Are E- Cigarettes Better Or Worse?

     E- Cigarettes have been getting pretty popular to the public, a new and more easier way to quit smoking, no lighter and no pack. These vapor cigarettes make it a lot easier to quit smoking, but are they just as bad a smoking cigarettes?

Is this contraption a miracle that all quitters need or a health risk?

     Normal tobacco cigarettes have over 200 deadly chemicals in them, when you smoke you at risk for heart problems, lung problems and organ failure. With the E- cigarette people are still not sure what “could” happen, at this point there hasn’t been any damage done, the worst that doctors have seen is that it does put moisture in the  lungs which is a bit concerning with colder weather but  what doctors are most concerned about is if it has any long term effects on the body scientist and doctors are taking precaution and testing the E- Cigarette.

                                           So really is it worth it?

     In my opinion I think the E-cigarette is worth it, my step mom uses the vapor and quit cold turkey no problems, she doesn’t feel week or as tired and the Vapor does not make her dizzy like a normal cigarette would. As a smoker trying to quit is very hard, I am going to try this method to quit, I truly believe that these help people quit and that they are way better than putting 200 unknown killer chemicals in my body.

     I would 100% say to try the vapor before any medications or patches.
