The Lego Movie Review

1980 something astronaut, Batman, and many more. Emmet will soon learn that a man named Lord Business (Will Ferrell) plans to end the world and he has been mistaken to save the LEGO world. Lord Business hopes to achieve this by super gluing everything together Problem being that one, Emmet is just a normal guy, nothing special, and two, being that Lord Business is the secret identity of the President of LEGO world who has become well trusted by the minifigures.

     Anticipated ratings so far are very high. IMDB has it listed with a rating of 9/10 with Megascore of 82/100, RottenTomatoes has it rated at 99% and 8.2/10. So for what is said to be a fast paced, 100 minute LEGO movie, it seems worth it. This will be a great movie for kids, teens, adults, anyone with a little kid inside of them. Alongside the movie, many minifigures and playsets have also come out pertaining to the movie, and a video game being released on February 14th 2014. So if this piqued the interest of your inner child, the movie hit the box office Friday, February 7th and sounds like it will not disappoint. 

     For the first time ever, LEGO™ has assembled forces with Warner Brother Pictures to bring a full length, CGI, adventure comedy for all ages. The LEGO movie is a fun and somewhat action-packed family movie featuring actors such as Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnet, Will Ferrell, Morgan Freeman, and Charlie Day. The movie was completely done with Computer-Generated Imagery, although most have speculated it was done with in a stop motion manner.

     Chris Pratt plays the main protagonist named Emmet. Emmet is a regular guy working as a construction worker, when falling down a worksite hole, leads to a whole new adventure. Upon this falling he meets Wyldstyle (Elizabeth Banks) and misidentified as a prophet who could save the world. Emmet then goes on the speak with Vitruvius (Morgan Freeman), and meets a whole bunch of other minifigures such as Wonder Woman, Superman, Abraham Lincoln, a
